A fantastic new headcount for a VP – HRBP has been created within this impressive financial services organisation that puts their people firmly at the forefront of their agenda, to support the Group Chief People Officer in delivering strategic HR initiatives across Asia.

This firm is renowned for creating a workplace that fosters growth, diversity and innovation and in this role you will have the opportunity to shape their EVP agenda, by collaborating with senior leaders to define and implement their Employee Value Proposition strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company values and attracts top talent.

You will also be accountable for leading the digital transformation of their HR processes, leveraging technology to streamline operations, enhance employee experience and improve efficiencies.

As HRBP you will oversee their global mobility programme for their senior hires, ensuring smooth transitions across the region, in addition to developing and implementing effective strategies to attract, assess and onboard senior-level talent.

Success will be derived through your influential leadership style and your ability to lead and manage functional initiatives and projects in order to deliver planned results.
