Our client, a leading insurance MNC, is looking for a Senior Director of Agency Strategy to join their Agency Distribution team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives for the agency channel, ensuring alignment with the company’s overarching goals and corporate strategy.

You’ll identify growth opportunities through analytics, lead strategic projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and delivery of these initiatives. Building strong relationships with business leaders, you’ll drive a culture of idea-sharing and strategic alignment across markets to enhance overall business performance.

You will have at least 10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or professional services roles, with significant exposure to the insurance or financial services industry. A strong self-drive, a can-do mindset, and the ability to tackle challenges outside your comfort zone are essential. You’ll need excellent problem-solving skills, quantitative analysis capabilities, and exceptional communication skills in both English and Chinese.
