Join our dynamic and growing multinational insurance client, as the Regional Director of IT & Security for Asia.

In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll manage IT & cyber security for their Hong Kong regional office and support their operating companies across Asia. Your responsibilities include develop the strategy and oversee IT & cyber security, data management, and ensuring alignment with group standards. You will facilitate collaboration, support local initiatives, and lead technology forums and governance bodies.

You will have at least 15 years’ experience in IT and cyber security within the financial services, with strong regional exposure. You will have exceptional communication skills in English with proven stakeholder management expertise. Independence and autonomy are crucial, along with experience managing teams and vendors in a multicultural environment. Expertise in IT security frameworks (ISO, NIST) and relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred. (Candidates with less experience will be considered for Director.)
