Our client, a multinational, growing insurance provider, is seeking an experienced Operations Executive to drive both revenue growth and profitability within their rapidly expanding medical insurance business.  Reporting to the CEO, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing strategies that address both immediate and long-term business objectives. This individual will guide the organization through a significant transformation, working alongside the Senior Leadership Team and key stakeholders to deliver commercial and operational changes in line with the company’s aspirations. The role involves close collaboration with functional and operational leaders to ensure the effective implementation of new approaches, while reinforcing the strategic direction of the company.

You will have a postgraduate or Master’s degree, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least five years in a senior managerial role within a TPA, healthcare, or health insurance provider. You will have excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex cultural environments in Asia and Europe. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to motivate teams, make tough decisions, and drive change within a large organization.
