ADOPT BOTH A STRATEGIC AND HANDS ON APPROACH TO THE ROLE
A pivotal leadership role exists for a Head of HR for Greater China with an impressive international consultancy based in Hong Kong.
As the Head of HR for Greater China you will play a key role in shaping the human resources strategy and driving the development and implementation of HR initiatives across the region.
Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will align HR practices with business objectives and foster a high performance culture.
You will also be accountable for leading the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, compensation and benefits and employee relations.
This is a key role that helps to set and maintain the culture of the business, as well as implementing and monitoring various policies and procedures. It will be essential for you to be both strategic and hands-on, agile and progressive.
Successful applicants will have a proven track record of successfully implementing HR initiatives and will be fully conversant with HK employment laws and best HR practice.
The ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels combined with the ability to handle conflict and differences of opinion diplomatically will put you in good stead for this role.
