As the result of ongoing organic strategic initiatives, this new role has been created to drive VoNB, by uplifting Agency force capabilities, by developing an ecosystem of High New Worth (HNW) product offerings, across Asia.

By working with the local CAOs and local market entities, you will work with training and development teams to support learning roadmaps and sales initiative around HNW. You will work all markets on HNW capability and product propositions, to build value added market offerings and design new portfolios for sales optimisation.

You will be a seasoned and accomplished HNW distribution leader with a demonstrated and proven successful career in driving Agency teams across Asia, with least 5 years’ experience in senior management roles in operating insurance companies. You will also have strong leadership and people management skills, focused on results, culturally sensitive and able to work independently, with high level of independence.

This role offers unbeatable career progression within a rapidly expanding MNC. Candidates with less experience will be considered for Associate Director.
