As a key member of the Digital and Technology Office, you will contribute to the company’s strategic growth by launching and scaling next-generation distribution partnerships. The team is at the forefront of revolutionising insurance distribution, leveraging data, technology, and omnichannel strategies to enhance customer engagement.

In this role, you will design and implement omnichannel sales strategies that integrate traditional and digital channels, ensuring a smooth customer journey from lead generation to conversion. You will analyse data to optimize customer interactions, collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and customer service teams, and co-lead pilot programs to refine salesforce management.

A strong analytical mindset, with at least 8 years’ experience in omnichannel strategy within financial services, and the ability to lead change across international teams will set you apart.
