As Human Resources Manager you will effectively implement a HR framework and functional goals for the region and you will effectively create and manage performance management systems to drive employee growth and development.
This is a hands-on position responsible for overseeing a wide variety of HR functions including performance management, employee relations, professional development and HR policy development.
To succeed in this role, you will be comfortable with ambiguity, will have excellent project management skills in order to develop and execute a project plan from conception through implementation and a demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple priorities.
Resilience, a proactive mindset and someone who is at the forefront of HR innovation and technology will put you in good stead for this role, together with a strong business acumen and a fluency in English and Chinese.
