In this dynamic regional, individual contributor leadership role, you will be shaping best-in-class strategies for customer lifecycle management. You’ll take ownership of developing approaches that enhance customer engagement, from onboarding and relationship deepening to retention, with a strategic aim to grow and elevate the customer base.

You will be the driving force behind customer portfolio growth, developing strategies that effectively address customer needs at various life stages, fostering advocacy and long-term loyalty. Your strategic oversight of the customer contact program will enable optimized conversions and a consistently improved customer experience.

Your background in customer portfolio growth, segmentation, and lifecycle management, along with proficiency in CRM and analytics platforms, will make you an invaluable part of the team as you independently and collaboratively drive key initiatives from concept to execution.
