Due to aggressive regional growth plans for agency distribution, the new position of Director (Senior Director), Agency Strategy to spearhead key strategic initiatives for this dynamic Insurance MNCs Agency Distribution team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the agency strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and overall corporate strategy. You’ll identify strategic opportunities for growth and profitability by leveraging analytics and insights, collaborating with stakeholders to inform strategic projects.

You will lead key strategic initiatives, operationalizing them into actionable plans, and develop a robust delivery process for implementation. Building strong relationships across business units will be essential to drive strategy formulation and enhance overall business performance.

You will have at least 10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or other professional services roles, preferably in insurance or financial services. Strong self-drive and ownership are crucial, along with the ability to step out of your comfort zone to tackle complex problems.  You will also bring structured problem-solving capabilities, the ability to conduct quantitative analysis, and experience with data-driven management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English are essential for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
