Our client, a rapidly expanding life MNC, is seeking a strategic Senior Data Analyst to provide data-driven insights and recommendations that will empower their insurance business in the Asia Pacific region and beyond.

In this role, you will analyse complex data sets within agency distribution to uncover actionable insights. You will engage local markets to develop and present comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations, ensuring that your findings are effectively communicated to regional stakeholders. Your work will directly influence business decisions, as you collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple geographical operations to identify key objectives and design data-driven solutions.

You will have 8+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, with a focus on insurance distribution and Asia Pacific markets. Strong proficiency in data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools is essential, along with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Experience with large, complex data sets and the ability to identify relevant trends and patterns are crucial. Outstanding communication and presentation skills are required to effectively convey insights to stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree is a must.
