Our client, a leading and rapidly expanding insurance MNC, is seeking a Director of Agency Proposition to join their growing Regional Agency Distribution team in the Business Generation division to drive business generation across multiple markets.

You will develop a compelling value proposition for agents, define their training requirements, simplify underwriting rules, and enhance their chances of sales closure. You will ideate, design, and develop innovative customer acquisition models and solutions, communicate the value proposition to agents, and identify training needs to inform targeted programs. Additionally, you will collaborate with analytics teams to segment agents, streamline underwriting rules, and leverage technology to improve efficiency and accelerate sales closure.

Ideally you will have a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or insurance analytics experience and at least 10 years of experience in (insurance) strategy, management consulting, or project management.

Your deep understanding the insurance industry, particularly working with a sales force (agency) or distribution teams, is essential. You will possess strong strategic and business acumen, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have experience managing strategic projects and cross-functional stakeholders. Effective communication across multiple levels, including executive leadership, is crucial. You will be collaborative, able to navigate ambiguity, and possess excellent presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
