As this successful multinational continues to expand across the region, a new focus has shifted to ensure both regional and local business units in Asia are kept abreast of all matters regarding distribution, including looking at ways to penetrate into the digital marketing space to provide a holistic digital platform for all customers within the region. 
Reporting to the Regional Head of Digital Marketing, you will lead the development and evolution of the company’s commercial digital strategy by formulating and executing Digital Marketing strategies to  maximise opportunities in penetrating distribution partner’s customer base. You will recommend the design of customer journey on digital platforms and solutions by capitalising on modernised technology to enhance customer engagement capabilities. You will also leverage technologies and collaborate with offline distribution channels and different business units to drive Marketing campaigns. 
You will have at least 15 years’ experience in B2C digital marketing with at least 5 years hands on experience of working within a digital retail/ distribution channel environment for a well-known multinational. Ideally you will have had P&L business responsibility as well as project and transformation experience and be “tech savvy” and also have experience with web content management platform and have experience in distribution strategy.  You will have a keen interest in emerging technologies and “all things digital,” including marketing automation, lead management strategies, CRM systems and sales processes. Fluency in English is a must for this role as is the ability to operate at C-suite level, with demonstrable skills in influencing and negotiating.
