SENIOR MANAGER, BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION – INSURANCE

This growing and dynamic insurance company is committed to improving its operations, has created this new role to support Operational Strategy, to drive various improvement initiatives and obtain savings throughout regional operations.

Reporting directly to the Head of Business and Operational Transformation, you will lead projects on operational improvement and efficiencies, profitably and customer satisfaction to ensure the business has a competitive edge. In addition, you will ensure all operational processes and policies are adhered towards Group and Regional standards.

You will have at least 8 years’ experience in large scale operational projects, change, programme and/ or business transformation for an international insurance company for at least 5 years.  Ideally you will have worked for a consulting firm or management consultancy with proven project management experience. You will be adept at influencing and managing stakeholders across various cultures as well as up/down stakeholders internally and external vendors. You will be fluent in English and Cantonese are required. This is a dynamic role which will exposure you to a growing and expanding business.
