Are you a sales executive with proven agency development experience? Are you able to think outside the box and have a digital mindset?  If so then this growing, well respected insurance provider could be for you.
 
The role involves strategising, planning and supporting ways to improve overall growth and productivity of the Agency Distribution channel outside the normal face to face selling techniques.  The role will have consultative focus in training and development plans, to ensure high levels of competency and professionalism. The role will also involve analysis of agency statistics, key performance indicators, driving digital initiatives and projects, to improve performance and effectiveness of the Agency Distribution team for sustainable growth.
 
You will have at least a 10-year proven sales record with tied agency, and previously held the position of Head of Department, with strong digital exposure. In addition, you will be adept at analysing big data from digital apps to drive the channel results and offer insights and recommendations to agency sales.
 
You will be a strong negotiator, influencer as well as demonstrating fluency in English and Cantonese. You will also have impeccable presentation skills with a flair for building internal and external business relationships.
