Based in the regional office and sitting amongst the Group’s key leaders of this respected financial institution, this pivotal management position will have you implementing a number of strategic HR policies and initiatives across the business.
Partnering closely with senior stakeholders, you will be effective in influencing and supporting the business on human resources planning, development and retention.  You will also take a lead on implementing change management initiatives that support the business direction.
In this role you will support strategic organisational planning and will provide expert advice on HR issues associated with organisational growth and changes.
Success will be achieved through your ability to engage in business level discussions and to anticipate how to support the needs of the business.  You will have strong influencing skills, will possess the ability to operate in a highly complex matrixed environment and you will have excellent interpersonal skills. 
Previous experience within financial services or an MNC is essential for this role, as is a previous record as a credible HR business partner with impressive people management capabilities. 
Execution of strategies is a core component to the success of this role, as is your ability to be at the forefront of HR initiatives.  Exceptional communication skills in English and Cantonese are essential, with Mandarin being highly desirable.
