Are you a sourcing and procurement professional who has proven experience working experience in Procurement within financial services? Do you possess a strong ability for designing and delivering regional commodity plans and actions? If so, then this new and exciting opportunity could be for you.

In this role, you will lead in the design and delivery of regional commodity plans and actions to achieve challenging strategic cost management objectives, as well as drive the implementation of regional sourcing solutions. You will also provide professional procurement support to internal customers and give expert advice on commodity-specific issues in the context of business and risk implications of third party supplier relations. Moreover, you will need to exercise your superb negotiation skills to negotiate with qualified suppliers and collaborate with in-house Legal experts in working out the best contractual terms and conditions for the business. Last but not least, you will need to collaborate with line managers in taking training and self-development opportunities so that the most up-to-date procurement knowledge is implemented in accordance with the latest market standards.

To qualify for this dynamic and challenging opportunity, you will need to have a university degree or above in business, procurement and supply chain management, law, project management or corporate real estate professional qualification. Likewise, you must have significant relevant working experience in procurement within large financial services environments. In order to be successful in this role, you must possess excellent presentation and influencing skills, with a high level of proficiency in English, and ideally Cantonese and Putonghua. Those with strong project implementation coordination and financial analysis skills will be highly preferred.
