Financial services organisations globally are seeking to improve the value of prevention, detection and investigate fraud controls within their businesses and this well-known wealth manager is no different.
 
This pivotal role, reporting to the CEO, requires a risk and compliance professional to deliver key management information, key risk indicators, KPIs, periodic and ad hoc reports to board members and board level committees. You will identify, assess, manage and monitor the various types of risk that the company faces and develop and maintain a Risk Management Framework that is effective and proportionate to the nature, scale and complexity of the risks inherent in the business. Moreover, you will establish and formulate standards, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
 
You will ideally be a CFA, CFE or CPA with an excellent understanding of compliance, risks, fraud, Hong Kong RBC and crime prevention issues emerging in the market. Ideally you will have worked for a reputable life insurer in the Asia region and have excellent organisational skills and interpersonal skills to adapt to different cultures. Excellent English communication and Asian language skills are required.
