A Pivotal opportunity has arisen for an impactful leader with strong man management experience and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.  Working for this impressive MNC that has people at the forefront of their culture, this role has the flexibility to be based in Hong Kong or SE Asia and will have accountability for Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.

As Regional HR Lead you will effectively lead your team to define and implement functional goals for the region and you will collaborate with and present key recommendations to stakeholders and regional corporate senior executives.
Reporting into the Regional MD for HR you will work closely together to strategically implement HR initiatives and programmes.
To succeed in this role, you will be effective change agent with executive presence, have previous proven experience in implementing change management practices and will have strong industrial relations experience.
As a senior leader within an organisation that is going through significant transformation, this role requires resilience, a proactive mindset and someone who is at the forefront of HR innovation and technology.  A strong business acumen and exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
