REGIONAL PROGRAMME MANAGER, TRANSFORMATION – INSURANCE

You will lead the project including people, budgets and be responsible for high-level interaction with LBU and group Head Office. By taking the strategic framework of the project, you will ensure the depth of detail is solid, incorporating any additional requirements from RHO and GHO.
You will have at least 8-10 years’ experience in leading regional, large scale, multi-country projects, and have sound change, programme and/ or business transformation experience within the financial services, ideally insurance. You will be adept at influencing and managing stakeholders across various cultures as well as up/down stakeholders internally and external vendors. You will be fluent in English. This is a dynamic role which will exposure you to a growing and expanding business in Asia.
