To ensure they continue to operate at a premium level, they currently seek the expertise of a strategic, results driven Head of Talent Management to design, implement and execute talent management and development strategies.
 
In this role you will both build and further strengthen the existing talent management framework at all levels with a particular focus on the junior hi potentials across the organization.  As Head of Talent Management you will review and tailor the learning and development programmes ensuring that they specifically meet the needs of the business.
 
This is a role which demands you to possess a strong intellect, combined with the ability to think conceptually and have great influence over senior executives.  Execution of strategies is a core component to the success of this role, as is your ability to be at the forefront of innovative talent management and leadership initiatives.  You will be a strong leader, able to nurture and develop members of your team and it is essential for you to speak fluent Cantonese for this role.
