HNW STRATEGY BUSINESS PARTNER – INSURANCE

Due to an internal promotion, this well-known, insurance giant is now looking for an experienced Business Developer to take on strategic leadership responsibility, with regional accountability for HNW, IFA and broker business development, across companywide distribution channels.

As the SME, you will be immersed in a target-driven, result-orientated environment, where you will be rapidly transforming customer and client propositions through developing business plans and strategizing initiatives, to drive the HNW and IFA business across the region.
Furthermore, you will work very closely with countries assigned and executive management, to achieve target year-on-year growth and build a strong foundation for long-term sustainable rapid growth across all channels. Last but not least, you will contribute to the development of the region strategy and manage and deliver assigned regional key strategic projects across the markets.

You will have at least 15 years’ working experience in strategic business and client development/ front office roles, with excellent relationship management skills and collaboration skills.  It is crucial that you can influence, negotiate and demonstrate execution of strategies & tactics as well prove a track record of delivering sustainable business results. Finally, you will have fluency in English while additional proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin would be an asset.  Asia-wide travelling will be required.
