A unique role has been created for a learning & development leader to act as a trusted advisor to the partners and associates to coach and guide them on all people related matters.  You will play a pivotal role in the junior through to senior review process to ensure it is effectively facilitated.
 
As a regional role you will be involved in workforce planning meetings and will work collaboratively with the Asia partners to ensure staffing needs are met.  In collaboration with the global development team, you will manage and implement internal training programmes and oversee all logistical co-ordination of events and sessions.
 
With this in mind successful applicants will have a comprehensive professional services background, will possess exceptional project management and organisational skills.  You will have the ability to identify and define issues, establish facts and present information to partners and the HR leadership team in a cohesive manner.
