With a global presence and a sterling reputation, this international law firm seeks the expertise of an influential HR Business Partner to support the HR framework of their Hong Kong business by providing an effective and professional HR service covering the full generalist remit.
This will be achieved through working closely with the Chief HR Officer and the Managing Partner to ensure that high standards are adopted within all elements of HR and to provide an advisory service to Partners and employees ensuring that they are fully aware of their rights and entitlements.
As HR Business Partner you will expertly operate at all levels to effectively advise and deliver on performance management, employee relations, resourcing and staff management and development.  You will also be accountable for managing staff relationships, promptly responding to queries and managing overall expectations of the firm.
In this role you will be influential in the implementation of change initiatives, tailoring centrally designed programmes to fit the needs of the office.
