This well-known leading life insurance brand is seeking a highly experienced agency sales/ business development professional with an accomplished career, to join this dynamic team to design, plan and deliver strategic training programmes to established teams around the region.
In this busy and challenging regional role, you will be responsible for driving top class training and development plans and sharing best practices across agency, high net worth and corporate solutions distribution teams. You will take a pinnacle role is driving strategic initiatives to improve agency sales, KPIs and productivity by up-skilling training and delivery mechanisms to impact results. You will lead the development of training capabilities and implementation of agency training systems for continued improvement and development of the agency force, agency executives and trainers.
You will have an exemplary record in agency sales/ business development and have a proven track record in leading and training agency teams. You will have a thirst for implementing change and resilience to operate in a busy changing environment across a large market. 
This role will involve significant travel and therefore require and independent operator who is self-sufficient and willing to manage their own, busy travel schedule and planning.
