HEAD OF HR & ADMINISTRATION
A leading property investment firm that has significant regional exposure is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join the business to effectively manage their HR operations.

As Head of HR & Administration you will perform all aspects of HR including payroll processing, recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations and you will efficiently address and resolve immediate HR matters and queries that arise.
 
You will play a pivotal role into the review and maintenance of the office administration system for the corporate efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness.  Success will be defined by your ability to lead and mentor for your team whilst effectively working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
 
As a contributing leader to the company, you will collaborate with the managing partners of this vigorously growing firm to build engagement and drive employee and business performance.
 
To be considered for this influential and essential role, you will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in HR and office administration with substantial exposure in establishing and calibrating HR practices.
