Based in the regional office and sitting amongst the Group’s key leaders, this pivotal management position will have you implementing a number of strategic HR policies and initiatives across Asia. 
Partnering closely with senior business stakeholders you will be effective in influencing and supporting the business on human resources planning, development and retention.  You will also take a lead on implementing change management initiatives that support the business direction.
In this role you will also be accountable for formulating and facilitating a talent management strategy in addition to executing organizational development programmes and succession planning management programmes
Success will be achieved through your ability to engage in business level discussions and to anticipate how to support the needs of the business across the region.  You will have strong influencing skills, will possess the ability to operate in a highly complex matrixed environment and you will have excellent interpersonal skills. 
Recognition in your HR Asia regional exposure combined with your knowledge in contract management, tax and compensation experience will put you in good stead for this role.
