As Regional Head of HR you will confidently lead HR activities across APAC, providing support to the Partners across the firm.  You will represent the business externally to gain insights and knowledge, which can be brought back to the business and you will ensure that the HR plan is delivered consistently and in line with best practice and legal requirements.
This is a key role within a dynamic and collaborate firm. Your capabilities as Head of HR will enable you to take ownership of the region's performance management and retention programmes, as well as lead a number of region wide HR projects and initiatives.
This position demands the expertise of a seasoned team manager as you will be leading and mentoring a team of over 10 employees across Asia.  You will work in collaboration with the business to grow in Hong Kong and the region, understanding the pipeline of opportunities and where the business will be able to source talent.
Success will be determined through your efficacy in building relationships with key stakeholders and your ability to implement and oversee performance and talent management initiatives. Exceptional communication skills in English are essential for this role.
