Explore this exciting opportunity within a leading financial services firm that is looking for an expert in Compensation & Benefits.   In this role you will take accountability for aligning business objectives with employees and management across the Hong Kong business.
Success will be achieved through formulating partnerships across the compensation and benefits function to deliver value-added services to senior key stakeholders and employees that reflects the business objectives of the bank.
Acting as a proactive partner to the business, you will also act as an employee champion and change agent by assessing and anticipating compensation and benefits-related needs.  You will also manage the Remuneration Policy and Remuneration Committee meetings.
With this in mind they require an individual with strong business acumen, achievement drive and good critical and analytical skills.  You will have exceptional communication skills and will possess the ability to influence senior stakeholders.  A fluency in English and Cantonese is essential to ensure effective communication with all employees.
