Your success will be derived by your ability to deliver in-depth and timely HR advice to key stakeholders across the region.  You will full accountability for aligning business objectives with employees and you will act as a change agent for a number of key HR Transformation Projects.
Based in Hong Kong with regional accountability, this client is seeking the impressive capabilities of an influential HR Business Partner to lead transformation projects such as bonus deferral, talent review and succession planning programmes.
Supporting the Regional Head of Human Resources not only will you act as their strong number two, but you will also plan, drive and execute strategic HR programmes in accordance with the group plan and relevant policies, procedures and quality standards. 
This influential role requires you to have excellent business acumen, a comprehensive knowledge in compensation and benefits and an indepth insight of HK employment legislation and regulatory compliance.
