Based in their Hong Kong office this firm currently seeks the expertise and business partnering skills of a Senior HR Advisor to support the operation of their Hong Kong business by providing an effective and professional HR service covering the full generalist remit.
This will be achieved through working closely with the Regional Head of HR to ensure that high standards are adopted within all elements of HR and to provide an advisory service to Partners and employees ensuring that they are fully aware of their rights and entitlements.
As Senior HR advisor you will work in close partnership with business heads on performance management, employee relations, resourcing and staff management and development.  You will also be accountable for managing staff relationships, promptly responding to queries and managing overall expectations of the firm.
The successful applicant will have 8 years previous industry experience within a law firm as a HR generalist.  You will be confident, strong at effectively handling a busy schedule and excellent at building relationships.
