This international consultancy that provides design, engineering and real estate services are seeking the expertise of a Regional Head of HR to oversee both the tactical and strategical matters of HR across the business in Asia.  In this role you will be responsible for developing and providing expertise and solutions in all HR related fields to the business and you will be adept at partnering with senior stakeholders across the region.
As Head of HR you will represent the business externally to gain insights and knowledge which can be brought back to the business.  You will lead all HR operational services into Hong Kong, ensuring that the HR plan is delivered consistently and in line with best practice and legal requirements.  You will also play a pivotal role working in collaboration with the business to grow in Hong Kong nad across the region, understanding the pipeline of opportunities and where the business will be able to source talent.
This is a key role within a dynamic business. Your capabilities as Head of HR will enable you to take ownership of the region's talent management programme to build a highly engaged workforce. You will have a comprehensive understanding of Employee Relations across Asia and you will also work closely with the recruitment team to ensure resourcing needs are identified from business planning processes and delivered via an appropriate recruitment mechanism.
With this in mind, they require a confident HR professional with a strong business acumen.  With 10 years industry experience at HR management level, preferably with professional services, a consultancy or partnership, you will be flexible and have the capability to deal with multiple stakeholders.  Exceptional communication skills in English are essential for this role.
