SENIOR MANAGER, EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION
Explore this exciting opportunity within a leading financial services firm that is looking for an expert in Executive Compensation.   In this role you will review, develop and deliver Executive Compensation Programmes in addition to acting as a subject matter expert to the business on executive compensation.
 
Success will be achieved through managing compensation and benefits programmes for senior executives, developing compensation proposals for new hires, as well as playing a lead role in the preparation of documents for the RemCo.
 
Acting as a proactive partner to the business, you will focus on compensation strategy design and deployment, STI and LTI plan designs and process developments.
 
With this in mind they require an expert who is fully competent in executive compensation matters, has a high mathematical aptitude and is articulate in writing papers and presentations.  You will have exceptional communication skills and will possess the ability to influence senior stakeholders across the APAC region.
