Reporting into the CHRO, it will be your key responsibility to ensure that all learning and development interventions are aligned to strategic priorities, frameworks and processes.  Through your thorough understanding of the emerging needs of the business you will partner with internal senior stakeholders to identify appropriate talent pipelines and will proactively manage their development and deployment.
Through managing a small team you will structure and formalise a comprehensive L&D framework overseeing core development programmes and succession planning exercises. In this role as learning lead you will exist as the subject matter expert for your peers across the APAC region ensuring that you stay abreast of emerging technologies to ensure that you are able to tailor programmes in line with business needs and priorities.
This is a key position within a respected and influential team.  Previous experience within financial services is essential for this role, as is a fluency in both English and Cantonese.  A confident, influential and dynamic approach is key, combined with a consultative manner and a passion and commitment to developing talent.
