A strong global financial services firm is looking for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to devise their organisational training strategy. As Learning & Development Manager, you will identify any training and development needs and drive initiatives that build loyalty to the firm.
You will be responsible for producing programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant stakeholders in the firm for all employees up to managerial level.
Based in Hong Kong, this role requires you to develop effective learning plans, conduct appraisals and ensure that statutory training requirements are met. You will also manage the entire learning cycle from design to delivery through to evaluating learning solutions in response to the business needs.
This exciting role requires you to have a proven track record and relevant experience in delivering management training and development programmes in large organisations across the region.
To succeed in this role you will be an excellent presenter and facilitator in English, Cantonese and Chinese. Strong stakeholder management and consultation skills are key attributes to possess in order to provide advice to business leaders and deliver effective solutions.
