A leading international financial services firm with a strong global reputation is currently seeking to fill a key learning role involved in managing a portfolio of management skills training courses in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Acting as Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying training needs, formulating the learning curriculum and you will design and deliver learning programmes for all staff up to managerial level.

Based in Beijing, you will have the opportunity to take full accountability for leading, coaching and supporting employees and other team members to strongly deliver organisational needs and learning solutions.

This influential role requires you to have a proven track record and relevant experience in designing and delivering management development programmes across Greater China.  Managing projects, developing local plans, budgets and schedules in coordination with the team across other offices will also form part of your duties.

With this in mind, they are looking for someone who is a solution-driven individual, with excellent presentation and facilitation skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

To be considered as a candidate, you will need to be mobile and willing to travel. Being able to work well under pressure and possessing a strong sense of responsibility are essential traits for this role.
