Within this role, you will be held accountable for the firm’s full HR spectrum by working in close partnership with the senior leadership team. Reporting into the company’s Managing Partner, you will have the opportunity to be a leader in driving change, improving initiatives and determining the regional people strategy.
Key responsibilities of this vital role include overseeing an effective performance management process for employees within the APAC region, partnering with the leadership team in regards to talent and engagement matters and acting as a sounding board in the scope of the firm’s management and strategy.
This role requires you to be an experienced HR generalist who is a strategic thinker and team player. Excellent communication, management, negotiation and collaboration skills are essential. You will need to demonstrate that you are capable of becoming a problem solver in addressing various HR challenges and implications of the organization business strategies.
