Be a part of this company who is seeking the expertise of a Compensation & Benefits Manager, responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management across the Hong Kong Branch.
Acting like an employee champion and change agent, you will be a strong influencer in formulating partnerships across the C&B function to impact and deliver value added services to the company. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will actively work and communicate with other HR colleagues in developing integrated solutions within the C&B scope.
As a C&B Manager, you will strategically advise the business on policy guidance and will implement initiatives that will support the growth of the banks operations. You will advise on the details of personnel budget forecasts, remuneration policy, salary benchmark trends analyzation, along with regulatory compliance and legal risks. 
To be considered for this role, you will need at least 8 years of work experience in HRM and C&B with a strong ability of negotiation and influencing skills. You need to be a candidate with strong business acumen, achievement drive, good critical and analytical skills. A knowledge in HR Information Systems (MRC & SAP Success Factors) would be ideal.
