A pivotal role exists for a strategic Senior Manager to design, implement and execute talent management and leadership development programmes.  In this role you will both build and further strengthen the existing talent management framework, partnering closely with HR Directors and Business Heads across the group to ensure the priorities of leadership development are met. 
Success will be achieved through the design and development of a mobile learning and digital learning platform in addition to the ability to design and deliver high quality leadership assessment and development plans to the businesses.
This is a role which demands you to possess a strong intellect, combined with the ability to think conceptually and have great influence over senior executives.  Execution of strategies is a core component to the success of this role, as is your ability to be at the forefront of innovative leadership and talent management initiatives. 
You will be a strong leader, able to design and lead the delivery of highly sophisticated leadership development programmes, in addition to being able to facilitate groups of executives at all levels.
