LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

To ensure they continually implement and deliver cutting edge development programmes, across HK and China they currently require an experienced and influential Learning and Development Manager.  In this role you will deliver training solutions in line with the firm’s business strategy to enable their people to cope with business challenges and achieve their business goals effectively and efficiently.
 
As Learning & Development Manager you will contribute to the development and implementation of the firm’s learning programmes.   With constant innovation you will support the firm’s aim to make the learning team a powerful asset which continually attracts and retains talent.
 
Supporting the promotion of the learning culture amongst the work force and working closely with HR managers and business partners as a consultant to offer solutions contributing to the people development agenda will form a key priority of this role. 
 
With this in mind they are looking for a consultative Learning professional with exceptional presentation and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese in addition to strong stakeholder management skills.  Previous experience in the design and implementation of digital learning solutions would be ideal for this role.
