Become part of this financial services company who is seeking the expertise of a Compensation & Benefits manager to plan, design and execute reward and performance related programmes.  Reporting to the Director of Compensation and Benefits, this position will focus on enhancing C&B philosophy and infrastructure to meet both internal business needs and external needs to be market competitive.
Acting as a proactive partner to the business, as C&B Manager you will advise on policy design, development, implementation and you will effectively communicate salary, benefits, incentives and international mobility programmes.
This is a key role within an established team.  You will actively work with other HR and business partners to ensure the alignment of C&B programmes with non-C&B infrastructure and processes to effectively support the company’s ambition to become the preferred employer.  You will implement company performance and reward initiatives which will include compensation reviews and short term and long term incentives.
You will take the lead through participating in the development and enhancement of compensation information systems on both a local and regional scale, whilst working with teams to manage and drive the success of C&B projects.
With this in mind you will be an experienced C&B professional with 7 years industry experience in a consulting or an in-house capacity.  Your ability to work in a dynamic and regional team environment, combined with your analytical and project management capabilities will put you in good stead for this role.
