Become part of this international professional services firm which has a regional network that spans over 13 countries in Asia Pacific.  Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, this position will focus on enhancing C&B philosophy and infrastructure to meet both internal business needs and external needs to be market competitive.
Acting as a proactive partner to the business, as Compensation and Benefits Manager you will advise on policy design, development, implementation and you will effectively communicate salary, benefits, incentives and international mobility programmes across the business.
This is a key role within an established team.  You will be responsible for managing reward programmes in relation to international assignments and you will actively work with other HR and business partners to ensure the alignment of C&B programmes with non-C&B infrastructure and processes to effectively support the company’s ambition to become the preferred employer of choice.
This challenging opportunity will see you managing the implementation of all share related schemes and you will take a lead on supporting the annual roll-out and analysis of core HR initiatives.
With this in mind you will be an experienced C&B professional with 7 years industry experience in a consulting or in-house capacity.  Your ability to work in a dynamic and regional team environment, combined with your analytical and project management capabilities will put you in good stead for this role.  Fluency in both English and Cantonese is essential for this role.
