This role is a key, influential hire for the business.   As Head of Compensation and Benefits you will partner closely with senior stakeholders across the region, oversee the day-to-day company-wide Employees Benefits and Services of the C&B function in the overall group and you will monitor and benchmark prevailing market intelligence and make recommendations on improvement on benefits to senior executives.
Acting as a proactive partner to the business, you will focus on compensation strategy design and deployment, STI and LTI plan designs and process developments.
With this in mind they require an expert who is fully competent in executive compensation matters, has a high mathematical aptitude and is articulate in writing papers and presentations.  You will have exceptional communication skills and will possess the ability to influence senior stakeholders across the APAC region.
