Due to expansion, this international multidisciplinary business group, is currently inviting an ambitious Talent Acquisition Manager to join their talented Group HR team. Based in Hong Kong, you will be responsible for increasing the employer brand among candidates in the job market and will lead the graduate recruitment programme.

By working closely with the Head of HR, you will implement strategies to strengthen the employer brands and talent acquisition capabilities by working on various recruitment projects. This role will give you the opportunity to lead the graduate recruitment by organising campus events, developing and managing assessment centres and utilising social media to attract the best talent in the market.

The successful candidate will have 8-10 years of work experience in HR, employer branding, communications and social media management. Only candidates with extensive experience in recruitment and who has knowledge on how to use social media to increase employer branding will be considered for this position.
