HR GENERALIST
Are you a HR professional with 6 to 8 years of HR generalist, hands-on experience? Do you consider yourself to be a strong communicator, with strong attention to detail and great organisational skills? Reporting into the Regional VP for HR, you will provide a hands-on, day to day HR service to the Senior Management in a fast-paced environment. This will require you to ensure HR support is effectively and efficiently provided to the business and that all regulatory requirements are met. Furthermore, you will be responsible for employee relations issues, performance management, year-end compensation processes and supporting the managers with recruitment matters.

To be considered for this dynamic role, you will have strong knowledge of Singapore employment law, you will be able to deal effectively with demanding senior executives and have experience in complex employee relations and performance management issues. You will have experience working in the financial services industry with the ability to handle the administrative side of HR record-keeping. Excellent communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
