Senior Learning and Development Manager
An international, well established professional consulting firm based in Hong Kong, is seeking to strengthen its learning and development team with an experienced, influential Senior Learning and Development Manager. This dynamic and stable team is responsible for implementing a number of Learning and Development programmess across the firm in support of their high performance and people development culture.

This new position will see you develop and implement learning & development initiatives in Hong Kong and across China. You will be responsible for delivering and designing project management programmes on business, leadership and career development for the Senior Managers. You will also partner with key stakeholders to advise on issues of talent management, trends in talent management and apply new best practices. Furthermore, you will conduct research and propose tailored initiatives to drive positive change in the firm.

Ideally you will have 8 to 10 years of experience in learning and development, with excellent project management and analytical skills. You will also have the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels and lead a team. Outstanding communications skills and fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese is essential.
