Compensation and Benefits Specialist
Explore this unique and exciting opportunity to work for a leading, international financial corporation based in Hong Kong. Currently they seek an independent and motivated Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join their growing HR team. As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist you will be responsible for managing the compensation and benefits analysis and administration for the business.

This stimulating role will see you assist in reviewing and drafting the company’s compensation and benefits related HR policies, processes and procedures. You will be responsible for implementing various compensation and benefits projects, as well as managing the payroll, pension, employee benefits, tax, salary review and annual budgeting. Reporting to the C&B Manager, you will also work as a HR Business Compliance delegate to ensure the implementation of the right procedures and handle on-going C&B enquiries from the internal stakeholders.

To be considered for this pivotal role, you will have a minimum of 7 years experience in C&B field, with 3 years experience in the banking industry. You will also have knowledge in payroll, HK labour law and HR regulations. Proficiency in Excel, Access and Peoplesoft will be essential. The ideal candidate will have strong analytic skills and have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
