Human Resource Business Partner Retail Banking
An international banking and financial services organisation with a strong global presence is currently seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to partner with their successful retail banking business in Asia. This exciting opportunity will see you lead the development of business specific people plans and ensure they are aligned with the global business agenda.

As the HR Business partner, you will provide relationship management support for the retail clients’ stakeholders, as well as local insight to global segment and product insight to the regional Head of HR. You will also manage the delivery of HR policies, standards, guidelines and processes within retail banking. Furthermore, you will partner with business leaders to meet business goals and manage specific HR projects which will contribute to the global segment.

Working within their credible and influential HR team, you will also be involved in managing specific employee relations and HR operations risks. You will also provide expert advice and coaching to local leaders and build line manager’s leadership capabilities

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will have significant experience as an HR Business Partner in the banking sector and the ability to understand and interrogate financial data. Ideally you will have a good understanding and practical experience of managing employee relations activities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
