Learning and Development

Become part of an innovative, fun and entrepreneurial company with offices all over the world and a strong presence in China. Currently they seek an ambitious individual to join their international and culturally diverse learning and development team in Hong Kong.

Being part of the learning and development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, managing and delivering scalable training solutions across all teams to solve specific department and team needs. You will also communicate proactively with all departments and develop reporting and communications strategies, as well as establish and manage key relationships. Furthermore, you will be responsible for supporting the global Learning and Development interventions and work with the Talent Team to ensure practical implementation.

To reinforce the company’s collaborative culture in their China offices, you will be a clear communicator who knows how to explain high-level concepts in simple terms using the most appropriate medium. You will also have great English and Mandarin communication skills. Experience in Learning and Development is essential including designing, developing, managing and delivering successful L&D programmes. You will be a strong leader who understands people and inspire the team members to challenge themselves.
