HR Manager

Explore this unique opportunity to work for a leading, independent Asset management firm with a strong global presence. Currently they seek a detail-minded and well-organized HR Manager to handle their steady expansion in Hong Kong and Asia. As a HR Manager, you will be working closely with the Head of HR to handle all HR administration matters.

This exciting role will give you full responsibility for the day-to-day administration of HR policies and programs ensuring affective delivery of activities such as payroll, expatriate management, training and development, recruitment and people development. You will ensure policies relating to employees are implemented and executed properly, as well as attend to staff queries on benefits and salary payments. You will interact with international Senior Managers and represent the image of the firm at all times.

To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 10 years experience in a HR generalist or Compensation & Benefits role. Experience in the financial service industry and working for a small size company will be ideal. You will have proven experience in payroll systems and excellent IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and HRIS (preferably SAP). Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese is essential for this role.
